10% of all Greta’s profits are saved in Greta’s Piggy Bank. Greta takes the money out when it is nearly full and buys gifts to send to animals in need. Click on the photos to see who is waiting for a gift!
Greta’s Friends Awaiting a Gift
Lyla
When I heard Lyla’s story it bought a tear to my eye. Eight years in a kennel without a home or a bed to call her own. Now she has a loving home at Tower Hill Stables Sanctuary (all dogs live inside the house), I’d like to give her a brand new bed to call her own. That’s where Greta’s Piggy Bank money will go as soon as I’ve saved enough.

Thank-you, Lyla now has her gift of a brand-new bed!
Iona
Everybody needs a best friend, but Iona has a very special reason for needing one. She is totally blind and so needed to be with her best pal Liz, who were both headed for the slaughterhouse (a terrifying place for any animal let alone a blind one)! She was very lucky to be given a lifeline, along with Liz, by Fiona at Tower Hill Stables Sanctuary. When I asked her what she would like as a gift she didn’t hesitate, “a new hay net please and a yard broom and muck scraper!” … I can’t wait to send these to her.
Iona’s yard equiptment is on it’s way!
CT
I don’t want to tell you what CT’s fate was to be before Fiona stepped in, needless to say it was due to a compassionate vet student that she is alive and well today. It’s a sore point for me, as you can imagine, when a pig is in need! CT is now safe but could really do with a new shelter. I won’t tar all pigs with the same brush but, to be honest, we can be a tad destructive. This little piggy needs a new little house that ‘s pig proof!
