I have been making lots of raw dishes for some months now and I really love it (my ever expanding recipe book shelf is testament to this!), so last night I bit the raw vegan bullet and made dinner for four, using recipes I have learnt from the brilliant chef David Bailey. Dinner was Raw Lasagne followed by Chocolate Orange Tart (also vegan friendly and raw), because of the beautiful weather we were able to eat al fresco which made it all the more special, my best compliment to date was also made (and very much appreciated) was my friend saying said she didn’t want the meal to end. Gourmet Raw food really is something else, give it a try and see how you go (or should I say glow? )..
